   WARNING: we created this option as it was an oft asked feature request. Use this feature at your own risk. JoomlaCache and its staff does not ever recommend storage of Credit Card Numbers on a server.

So...in an effort to make this as safe as possible, only the first 14 digits is stored, the last 4 digits is emailed to the admin. In order for the order to be processed the admin needs the email and the order to charge the card. This is how security is obtained.

The other 14 digits will be in the order information on the orders list

Does not show product attributes or child products, but can be accomplished as custom order work only if you have true parent/child product relationships and each child product has its own sku and for customization fee.

To use the Vituemart Add Orders, simply login into your joomla administration CP, and navigate to your VirtueMart Component Control Panel. Click on Orders on the menu and under that the Add Orders link will appear. Click on it and fill in the order form. It has all of the features that your customers have when placing an order from the front end of your site. You can even use your existing VirtueMart coupons.

This even works for new orders. You start the order by entering your customers email address and account info. Once the order is placed they will receive their account login automatically by email. If they do not have an email, I just use my own, their order will go through, but they will not get their account info email. Then just add items to your cart and go through basically the same process as placing an order from the frontend.

Because of the way Virtuemart works, the add orders script needs to be coded specifically for each payment system. As the majority of VM users use paypal, we made that gateway the default. Additional gateways can be custom coded for your site by QUOTE plus the initial cost of the add orders extension.

The advantage of using this instead of PayPal virtual terminal is that all of your orders will be available on your website, and not split with your virtual terminal.

If you need to place phone, email, or mail orders into your VirtueMart cart, this is the way to do it.

The VirtueMart Add Orders Script cannot be demo viewed on a live site. We have provided screenshots so you can see the process. You can place your orders from the backend cpanel of your VirtueMart installation and it goes through the same process as the frontend order.

And that is it, your order is complete.!

We built each of our components for our internal use based on our clients and our specifications. After many requests, we prepared releases of each component to the public! Any features and functionality that are not currently part of these components that you need can be developed for an extra fee or as these are all open source, you can use the components as a basis to build your version on.

Often our customers come back to us and want features and functionality added that is not currently built into the components. Although we did our best, and we are constantly developing our components, there is no way to foresee what everyone of you want, need, or expect. A function that you want is not an omission or a bug. The components work AS IS based on the original specs. Refunds are not given because you want a feature or function that is not included, and we do not do further development specifically to meet your specs for free, as we need to pay staff also.

We use all of these extensions on our own sites and our clients sites, so we find bugs before any of you do, but, if you find bugs (and a bug is not a feature or function that you want but is not available), please let us know about them as we are constantly working on improving our components for their next releases.

NOTE: Do not test in live production site. As with all extensions, every web environment is different and the use of any 3rd party extensions can cause conflicts. We also suggest you back up your site before installation.
