Notice: Our support center is open Monday - Friday, 12am to 8am EST. If you open a new ticket or add a comment to an existing ticket outside of those hours, we'll respond in the next business day.

 

So...for now we do not offer 24 hour service. We will make every effort to get to all of our support tickets every working day.  Please give us time to get to your support ticket.
