Free Extensions Downloads and Support
You must register for the site to access your free downloads. Community Support for free extensions is through the forum. Once you have registered you will have access to the forum to post your questions. Although the administrators and moderators will occasionally respond with answers, but the forum mainly relies on the community to help each other.

If you need more help than the forum provides, you can purchase our premium support plans. Responses are within 24 hours and we will work with you through our ticketing system until your issue is resolved. These plans only apply to the free extensions but can be used for any and all free extensions. Service plans do not include modifications to or customizations to any extensions. Only the resolution of installation, usability and any errors that need to be debugged related to your website will be performed. Premium support plans also cover and additional extensions added by JoomlaCache during the term of your support plan.
Commercial Extensions Downloads and Support
Each commercial extension includes a Premium Support plan. JoomlaCache responses are within 24 hours and we will work with you through our ticketing system until your issue is resolved. Service plans do not include modifications to or customizations to any extensions. Only the resolution of installation, usability and any errors that need to be debugged related to your website will be performed. The cost of the extension and the support are on a "per extension basis" only. Access to a support forum for your related extension purchase is also available and administrator and moderators will be available to assist you with any issue you may have.
